Since its beginnings in 1992 as an outreach church in downtown Calgary, Victory Outreach Ministry has been a beacon of hope for those in need. Over the years, this dedicated ministry has expanded its impact, purchasing and renovating two hotels to provide low-income housing and essential outreach services. In 2021, they took a bold step of faith, putting in an offer on a hotel in Forest Lawn despite having only $9,000 in the bank. The goal was daunting—raising $13 million—but thanks to the generosity of donors and the support of both the City of Calgary and the Province of Alberta, they have secured about $10 million in funding. With approximately $3 million left to raise, Victory Outreach Ministry continues to work toward completing this transformative project by spring/summer of 2026.

This new facility will serve as a safe haven for vulnerable members of the community, offering housing for women, women with children, and seniors. The 48 studio apartments will provide stability and a fresh start for those who need it most. However, support is still needed to furnish these apartments with essential appliances. Individuals, churches, small groups, and youth ministries are invited to contribute and be part of this incredible mission.
