Pastors Terry and Bernadita Melnychuk have seen God moving powerfully through their ministry in Mexico. They are the current directors of the Victory Mission House in Ensenada, Mexico, a missions training center that provides believers with the opportunity to experience missions firsthand. Through this ministry, countless individuals have been equipped, trained and inspired to serve both locally and internationally.

Currently, they are preparing for an exciting transition. They will be partnering with an experienced Mexican educational organization to revitalize a Bible college that will train pastors, leaders, and missionaries. Their vision is to equip workers who can minister throughout southern Mexico, Central America, and South America, helping reach the Spanish-speaking world with the Gospel. Plans are underway to appoint assistant directors at Victory House, allowing the Melnychuks to focus fully on this new endeavor.

They also remain actively involved in local church ministry. In Ensenada, they helped plant a growing church alongside Pastor Otto and his wife, Ellie. The congregation is developing strong community connections and has already welcomed new people into its services. Terry and Bernadita believe God has strategically positioned the church to serve as both a local fellowship and a missionary outreach to the surrounding area.

Another ministry close to their hearts is Casa Manuel Seniors Home. What began as a small project has grown into a loving Christian environment where seniors can spend their later years receiving care, provision, and spiritual encouragement. They view this ministry as a beautiful example of God’s provision and the impact that comes when believers partner together in faith and compassion. They are grateful for all that God is accomplishing and look forward to the opportunities ahead as they continue serving the people of Mexico.
